THE BUILDING BLOCKS TO BALANCE - 3 SESSION COURSE
This comprehensive 3 week course will teach YOU, the owner, the building blocks needed to achieve a more pleasant home life and a balanced relationship between you and your dog. This course focuses on creating clear lines of communication between you and your dog, establishing healthy leadership rolls, and cultivating a home environment that will set your dog up for balanced behaviors.
We all know and agree that establishing yourself as leader is one of the first and most important steps in dog training. But what does that look like in every day life? What are the practical ways that we can practice leadership qualities in our homes day to day? This course will help show you how to develop and consistently display fundamental leadership qualities. The bond between you and your dog will be strengthened, and your dog will be more inclined to give you their attention and focus, making time spent with your dog more enjoyable. I want families to be able to enjoy their dogs and view them as compliments to the family, and not struggle with frustrating behaviors that cause them to see their dog as a burden or a nuisance.
I am a "yes" and "no" dog trainer, meaning I reward desirable behaviors as well as correct undesirable behaviors. I also focus heavily on structure and accountablility in the home for dogs, because this is usually where the root of problem behaviors start. I do use prong collars for dogs 16 weeks and older. If you dislike prong collars or don't understand why they would be used, I would encourage you to do some research on balanced dog training and decide if a balanced training approach is what you want for your dog. There are many different training approaches and philosiphies being taught these days. Some people say force free training is best... but I'm the gal that doesn't. I'm not here to convince anyone, I'm just here to offer effective and fair training in a way that dogs understand. If you would like a sneak peak into what my three session course looks like, check out these short video overviews I've linked below. You can see for yourself what blanced training looks like and the results that can be achived in just 3 session.

I'll be there to answer questions and coach you in your training journey during the 3 session course AND I'm available for coaching calls for an additional 3 weeks following the completion of the program. NEW IN 2022:
Due to limited availability in my schedule, cancelations make a big impact on my small business. Starting in 2022 I will be requiring clients to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time they book any private training sessions.
*It is my policy that all 3 sessions of the Building Blocks to Balance private training course must be scheduled and attended within 12 weeks of your dogs first training session with me. If you fail to schedule or attend classes within that time frame there will be no refund or partial refunds given, and funds cannot be transferred to future/other training or boarding. I understand that life can get busy, but I also want to make sure I'm working with clients that are highly committed to their dogs training.
SINGLE SKILL SESSION
Need some one-on-one training to teach a specific command or skill? Not every dog is in need need of a comprehensive 3 week training course, sometimes they just need a little extra help in one area. Maybe your dog is pulling on the leash, or having trouble learning the place command. I'm more happy to help you teach your dog a single skill.
Skill training sessions are typically a half hour to an hour long and are done outdoors at my home in Sagle, so dress accordingly.
All of my private training is scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Cost is $100 per session (or $50 per session if you have completed the Building Blocks to Balance course with your dog.)

PRIVATE AGILITY OR SEMI-PRIVATE
Private agility classes can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you so your dog doesn't miss out on all the physical and mental benefits that agility offers. Sessions are 30 minutes long, and training is purchased as a 4 session package. Because my agility training equipment is outdoors in an open location I can't do agility training during the winter months. Private agility would be for one person and one dog. Semi-Private would be for two people and 2 dogs.
Private Agility Cost is $200 for 4 private sessions.
Semi-Private Agility Cost is $150 for 4 private sessions.
